This Privacy Policy describes how the War Ravens Motorcycle Club (“War Ravens MC,” “the Club,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Council Chamber App.

The Council Chamber App is a private, invite-only application intended solely for internal communication and governance among authorized Council members of the War Ravens Motorcycle Club.

The Council Chamber App collects only the information necessary to support secure internal communication and role-based access.

  • Name or identifier provided during account creation
  • Email address or login credential
  • Assigned Council role (e.g., Jarl, Hersir, Skald)
  • Messages and content voluntarily submitted within the app

  • Location data or GPS tracking

  • Payment or financial data
  • Contact lists from personal devices
  • Data from non-members or the general public

3. How Information Is Used

Information collected through the Council Chamber App is used exclusively to:

All users are expected to maintain confidentiality and comply with the Club’s Code, By-Laws, and data handling expectations.

When a Council member’s access is revoked, their account may be disabled or removed in accordance with internal policies.

8. User Responsibilities

Users of the Council Chamber App are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Using the app solely for authorized Club purposes
  • Not sharing access with unauthorized individuals
